Remeha Avanta scores a winner!

Steve Oliver of Central Heating Spec Ltd was the proud winner of a Remeha Avanta Heat Pack Boiler raffled off at the opening ceremony of TAPS at Fossway, Newcastle on the 7th January.

The official opening ceremony of the seventh branch of the North East's leading independent plumbers' merchants was carried out by footballing legend Sir Bobby Robson. He praised the company for creating new jobs in the current economic situation, and was pleased to receive a £5,000 cheque for The Sir Bobby Robson Foundation from Anne Ganley, the Managing Director at TAPS.

Ron Eglon of Broag-Remeha, attended the opening and was thoroughly impressed by the new TAPS branch, which has been created alongside the Fossway Builders' Merchants acquired by Thompson Building Centres two years ago.

Broag-Remeha, a subsidiary of Remeha Group, is one of the top five manufacturers in the European commercial and domestic heating market.  Their domestic range of Remeha Avanta boilers are some of the smallest and lightest combi boilers on the domestic market, and are highly efficient with ultra low Nox emissions.
